Carl
I graduated in History and German studies from the Université de Montréal. In 2010, when I came back from my year of studies abroad in Germany, I decided to become a tourist guide in my hometown, Montréal.
From 2015 to 2017, I studied in British Columbia and received a diploma in wilderness guiding. Upon my return home, I created Les Tours Barberousse, to facilitate the contact between the canadian wildlife and the visitors during their stay in Canada.
I am also an amateur maple syrup producer, participating every spring in the production of maple syrup at the family sugar shack. You might have the chance to taste this maple syrup during a tour.

Frédéric
A tour guide since 2005, Frédéric is delighted to take you on a memorable getaway beyond the city.
He spent twenty years with Croisières AML and has been a certified guide for Montréal since 2011 and New York City since 2015. In 2025, he joined Les Tours Barberousse, where he looks forward to sharing enriching and memorable excursions with every guest.
